Clysta Paulene Billingsley Hargis, 87, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016. Clysta was born January 4, 1929 in Rueter, MO the daughter of Lloyd and Bessie (Marler) Hankins. She was united in marriage to Ernest Dollarhide at the age of 18 and this union was blessed with five children. On August 17, 1963 she married Roger Billingsley who took on the responsibility of being a father to her four children. The family lived in Chadwick and continued to live there after the passing of Roger in 1998. Clysta was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many people. She was a great homemaker providing for her family and was loved by her family, friends and church family. Clysta married Raymond Hargis on October 10, 2001. Raymond passed away in 2013. She remained in her home with the loving help from her granddaughter Julie Lee and her family. She is survived by her only living sister Betty “Sue” Billingsley; two sons Darrel Dollarhide and his wife Sharon, Grove,OK and Larry Dollarhide and his wife Mona, Ozark; two daughters Linda Phillips, Nixa and Doris Ryan and her husband Steve, Forsyth; 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great- grandchildren; 3 nephews and her best friends Bessie Gideon, Oldfield and Marie Applegate, Chadwick; many other caring relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, her husbands and son Ricky Dollarhide. Funeral services for Clysta will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark with Pastor Gary Jennings officiating. Burial will follow in Chadwick Memorial Cemetery.
