My deepest condolences to the family! I have such fond memories of Jack when I was growing up in Ava. He was such a good friend to my whole family. He was one of the most quick witted men I ever knew. Always had me in stitches. RIP my friend! Heaven just gained a little more humor!

I have such fond memories of Jackie joking around with my mom, Ethel Hartley. She would be working in her garden and he would either whistle, or yell out “don’t look Ethel.” How she loved him picking on her. I always loved Jackie and enjoyed his sense of humor. He will be deeply missed.
