A graveside home-going service was held, Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. in McConnell Bledsoe Memorial Cemetery, Nixa, Missouri, for Nathan Campbell, age 87, who peacefully left his earthly home and went to his heavenly home May 7, 2024.
Nathan was born May 6, 1937, in Dal Palace, California to Lloyd and Ethel Campbell. He attended Arvin High School in California. Nathan retired from the Operating Engineers Local 12 Union, and the Pipefitters 460 Union.
Nathan married Barbara Hopkins in 1957, they raised three loving children Larry, Sherry, and Gary. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed being with his family, playing card games, and serving the Lord Jesus. His life was a blessing to all and his memory a treasure.
Nathan was preceded in death by his parents, his youngest son Gary, brother Walter, and sister Wanda White. After 66 years of marriage, Nathan is survived by his beautiful wife Barbara, son Larry and wife Connie, daughter Sherry Aspeitia and husband Gilbert, grandsons Joshua Patterson, and Sebastein Aspeitia and wife Ali, sisters Lila McNatt, Odessa Gifford and husband Edwin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
