Condolences

Olga (Miljkovic) Flowers, age 66 of Nixa, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 in her home. She was born May 26, 1947 in Bad Soden, Germany the daughter of Borivoje and Katarina Miljkovic. Olga was a wonderful and amazing mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Above all, Olga was a sincere Christian with a true and loyal passion to be a follower in the footsteps of Christ Jesus. With her passing from this world, her light has gone out but will never be extinguished. Olga is survived by her daughter Larissa Rasor; a grandson Shane Alexander Rasor; a brother Alexander Miljkovic and other caring relatives. Her parents preceded her in death. Funeral services for Olga will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2014 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will follow in Richwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.barnesfamilyfunerals.com.

I am so sorry to hear of Olgaâ€™s passing. She was very special. She was always joyful and had a smile on her face every time we met. I am in awe of her strength and humility in these last few months. She was in inspiration to us all. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

Your Mother will be miss here at Bass Pro. But as my friend most of all. We have shared laughter, the joy of our grandchild(ren) together, as well as a few tears.

Olga was not only a fellow associate but a friend as well. I appreceiated here attitude about her work and her life. She will be missed by all of us. I am saddened at her passing but rest comfortably that she is with her savior. Miss you Steve Mason

Dear Family and Friends of Olga: Please accept my deepest sympathy and caring. Olga was not like any other person I have ever known. What a bright ray of yellow sunshine! She touched my life (and I’m sure many others) in such a pure and positive way. I will miss her laughter and beautiful smile very much but as God has promised we are all given the opportunity to pass through the Garden Gate for that wonderful reunion on the other side. we have known Olga for several years, we have made many improvements in her home over the years and have come love her deeply, what started out as a professional relationship has over the years turned out to be such a loving friendship that we treasured every moment that we got to spend with her. in her last days she made sure that we were right with God as she wants to see us in heaven, we assured here that we are and it seems just a few days later she is gone. We will miss her and look forward to seeing her again in Heaven, until then we will continue our relationship with her loving daughter and grandson, we love you Olga, farewell but not goodbye

I’m so grateful to have known Olga. She and I were more friends than co-workers at Bass Pro/TRACKER, often exchanging deep conversations after hours, when many had left work. She was very versed in world history and current events, and spoke strongly of the ‘important’ things in life, such as her faith and spiritual beliefs. As days and years pass, may her memory be a blessing.

My heart is broken. I’ve been searching for Olga for a few years now. We were best friends growing up and reunited many years later, only to lose touch again. I can honestly say she is the best friend I ever had and just knowing she is not with us anymore is almost too much to bear. Larisa and Shane, I can only imagine how hard this time has been for you and I am so sorry for your loss. I’m sorry this comes so long after her passing, but I had no idea. I’m almost sorry I found out, since, until now, I still had hope that we would mend our fences and reunite. May you find peace in your memories of her.
