Phillip Baugh August 8, 1962 - October 3, 2020

Phillip Baugh, age 58 of Nevada, Missouri, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri after his battle with many health issues. He was born August 8, 1962, son of Bonnie and Ernest Baugh.  Even though Phillip endured many health issues during his life, he had a knack for bringing happiness to a room through his bright smile.  Phillip was an avid cartoon fan all his life and always enjoyed a good softball game at the local park in Nevada.  Phillip’s family is incredibly grateful for the employees and staff at the Nevada Rehabilitation Center and the Community Support Services of Missouri for their excellent care of Phillip for many years.

Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Baugh; mother, Bonnie Baugh; brothers, David, Wiley, Earl and Patrick Baugh; sisters, June Melton, Martha Wallace and Janice Baugh. He is survived by sister, Faye Griffin of Detroit, Michigan; brothers, Steve Baugh, Miles (Susan) Bradford, Mark Baugh, brother-in-law, Robert Melton, and sister-in-law, Myra Baugh.

Graveside funeral services for Phillip will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in Selmore Cemetery with Pastor Jamie Bilyeu officiating.
