Ronda Jo Blackwell April 24, 2024

Ronda Jo Blackwell, age 50 of Ozark, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 in Cox South Hospital, after a short illness. She was born December 24, 1969 the daughter of Ronnie and Karen (Dunnegan) Perkins.

Ronda was a special person who loved her children unconditionally and was always willing to help others. She was also an animal lover and especially loved her dog, Sully who misses her dearly. Ronda left her family with broken hearts but her memory will live on forever and she will always be fondly remembered.

In addition to her parents, Ronda is also survived by a son Alexander Toll of Killeen, Texas; daughter Bryana Blackwell of Springfield Missouri; stepson Tim Blackwell of Salem, Oregon and longtime partner Lyle Vinson. Ronda was also loved by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and other caring relatives.

Memorial services for Ronda will be Friday, November 6, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark with Pastor Gary Jennings officiating.

Effective October 21, 2020 through December 31, 2020 the City of Ozark, Missouri issued a mask ordinance. A requirement to wear face coverings when in public, for the purpose of preventing or limiting the spread of COVID-19.
