Wilma D. (Martin) Clinton, 76, Ozark, passed away peacefully October 23, 2017. Wilma was born February 23, 1941 in, Oklahoma the daughter of Elmer and Arvella (Simpson) Martin. On April 5, 1968 Wilma was united in marriage to Cecil Clinton. He preceded her in death on June 7, 1999 they shared 31 years together. Over the years together Wilma supported Cecil’s careers of Ozark Police Chef, Ozark Fire Department, Ambulance District and Deputy Sheriff she was always by his side making lifelong friends along the way and offering a lending hand in times of need. Wilma was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who treasured her time spent with her family. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Cecil; granddaughter Tiffany Braden; three sisters Rovinna Gideon, Bonnie Smith and Peggy Morisset and two brothers Elmer Lee Martin and Johnny Martin. Wilma is lovingly survived by her family; daughter Karla Tyler and husband Bryan; two sons Curtis Braden and wife Sue and Dustan Braden and wife Kathleen; five sisters Vicki Moody and husband Jim of Ozark, Linda Letterman and husband Charles of Sparta, Veronica Rice of Ozark, Penny Bowers of Ozark and Kristina King of Ozark; one brother Danny Martin and wife Sheryl of Sparta; brother-in-law Danny Clinton; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside funeral services for Wilma will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, October 26, 2017, in Selmore Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband under the care and direction of Barnes Family Funeral Home.
