April Hotz July 17, 1958 - November 23, 2023

April Roller Hotz, age 65 of Sparta, Missouri passed away peacefully with her mother and daughter by her side, Thursday, November 23, 2023, in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. She was born July 17, 1958, in Springfield, Missouri to Ival W. Roller and Juanita Goins Roller.

April had a huge heart for love and was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter and friend to everyone. Her first love was her Lord and Savior and she was a committed Christian. April loved going to church and taking friends with her. She was presently attending Fellowship Lighthouse Church of Bruner. Her second love was her family and especially her children, she loved all her family unconditionally. April also loved spending time with her grandchildren and having huge family gatherings. During her spare time, April enjoyed attending the Senior Center, playing games and cards with her friends.

April is survived by her daughter Elisabeth Groves and husband Trey of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; four sons Aaron Isbell and wife Sara of Willard Missouri, Ben Hotz of Bruner, Missouri, David Hotz of Sparta, Missouri and Joe Hotz of Forsyth, Missouri; her mother Juanita Roller of Rogersville, Missouri ; three brothers Anthony Roller of Branson, Missouri, Timothy Roller of Fortuna, California and Harvey Roller of Mansfield, Missouri; step-father Rex Phillips, step-brother Jody Phillips; several grandchildren and other caring relatives. April was preceded in death by her father, she will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior and will begin at 1:00 P.M. until service time. Online condolences may be shared at www.barnesfamilyfunerals.com.
