Austin Trent Heglund, age 25 of Walnut Grove, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021. He was born April 28, 1996 in Springfield, Missouri the son of Alcida Ware and Arnold Heglund. Austin grew up in the Nixa, Missouri and Republic, Missouri areas. Austin loved to stay busy. His passion was dirt bikes, he loved to ride more than anything. He also enjoyed playing with toy dirt bikes in the mud and ramping bicycles in the front yard with his best friend Joey Clay. Austin love riding and family get togethers but more than anything he loved his freedom. He loved his daughters and anyone willing to give him the time of day. He loved traveling, building, drawing and repairing items and he also had an amazing sense of humor. He had a love for all kinds of music and he never stayed in one place for long. Austin was more sensitive than he led people to believe, he was always there if you needed him. Austin had more people than he realized and he cherished the love his family and friends showed him. Austin was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by all.
Austin is survived by his mother Alcida Ware and stepdad Roney Ware of Walnut Grove; father Arnold Heglund and stepmom Kathy Heglund of Nixa; siblings Arik Heglund and Kasey Watkins; step-siblings Zade Ware, Tanna and Ahmed Khalifa, Brandy Kirk; daughters Skyler Heglund and Nora Heglund and countless aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Mable Clabaugh and Arnold Heglund Sr. and maternal grandparents Jan Dorser and Alcid Chiasson; aunt Linda Nemo; step-brother Cecil Kirk Jr.
