Bonnie Marie Williams August 18, 1937 - March 12, 2022

Bonnie Marie Williams, age 84 of Forsyth, Missouri, went to be with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Saturday, March 12, 2022. She was born August 18, 1937, to Charles Koontz and Jessie (Yeager) Koontz, at Rayborn, Missouri, and was the oldest of three children. Bonnie married her childhood sweetheart, Richard “Rick” Williams, December 3, 1954. They lived in Texas for a brief time while Rick served in the United States Air Force, before moving back to Southwest, Missouri. Bonnie enjoyed working at Brown’s Shoe Factory in Mountain Grove, however her favorite career was being a homemaker and mother. Bonnie also loved the outdoors, spending time at the lake, camping, fishing and playing cards. Her happiest times was being surrounded by her family and friends. Bonnie was spontaneous, up for any adventure and never met a stranger. She was a devoted wife, caring mother, loving grandmother and a beloved sister. Bonnie will be missed by every one that knew her.

Bonnie is survived by her loving husband Rick; five sons Randy Williams and wife Gail, Rusty Williams and wife Linda, Robby Williams and wife Phyllis, Rolland Williams and wife Ellen, Roger Williams and wife Jenny; one daughter Teresa Whorton and husband Terry; one brother Kenneth Koontz and wife Brenda; one sister Janet Blythe and husband Tom; 20 grandchildren Dakota, Casey, Kayla, Christopher, Shona, Derick, Jessika, Katie, Tina, Steve, Joney, Amber, Brian, Nathan, Emalee, Logan, Ashley, Kirby, Carliee and Allyson; 23 great-grandchildren Simon, Dominic, Kaylee, Alan, Landon, Fiona, Isaac, Elijah, Haylea, Zachary, Luka, Lola, William, Knox, Jamison, Everly, Wilder, Christian, Eleonora, Damien, Lucian, Vincent and Ethan; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one great-grandson Montgomery “Monty” Reid.

Funeral services will be 11:30 A. M. Wednesday, March 16, 2022 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, Missouri. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:30 A.M. and held one hour prior to the funeral. A family gathering and continued Celebration of Life will be after the burial, at Ozark Methodist Church, 2850 State Highway 14, Ozark, Missouri.
