Carroll Davis, age 67 of Berryville, Arkansas, passed away early Wednesday morning, May 15, 2013 in Manorcare Health Services, Springfield, MO. He was born July 24, 1945 in Carroll County, Arkansas the son of Ryle and Zoe (Bell) Davis. On April 25, 2013 he was united in marriage to Roberta Hadeen. Carroll worked various jobs and was co-owner of C and R Enterprize Pool Hall in Sparta. He especially enjoyed being self-employed as a storm contractor and working with FEMA. During 1963-1966, Carroll proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy and was honorably discharged January 1966. Carroll was always kind, caring, friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. He will be sadly missed by his wife and family.

Carroll is survived by his wife Roberta; one son Brent Davis; two-step children Tina Hadeen and Duff Baker; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, other caring relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two step-sons Greg Baker and Brad Hadeen. Memorial services were held 2:30 PM Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, with full military honors, at 5201 South Southwood Road, Springfield, MO.     Roberta, We’re so sorry for your loss of your beloved Carroll! We just now saw his obit in the Christian County Headliner. Roger had mentioned he’d had a stroke, but thought he was doing well.
    I’ll be praying for peace and an outpouring of love and support from your friends. You were an awesome couple and no one could be sweeter or kinder than you and Carroll.
