Cindi Carey February 4, 1957 - July 13, 2019

Cynthia Lee Page Carey, age 62 of Ozark, Missouri passed away early Saturday, morning July 13, 2019 in Cox South Hospital, Springfield. On February 4, 1957 she was born the daughter of Oliver Lee and Dixie (Wolfe) Page and fondly known as Cindi to her friends and family. Cindi was a well-known Christian County resident and graduated from Ozark High School. She was saved at an early age and was a member of Selmore Baptist Church for many years and currently a member of Ozark First Baptist Church. For the past 20 years Cindi was a devoted employee of the Christian County Collectors office and enjoyed working with her many friends. She also held positions with Ozark Wal-Mart and Dr Cynthia Hughes. Being a Nanna was her most favorite pleasure and enjoyment. Cindi will be sadly missed but her joyful demeanor and loving ways will live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones.

Cindi is survived by her mother Dixie Page; two twin daughters Amber Horne and husband John and April Ryan and husband Clint; three grandsons Hunter Ryan, Wyatt Ryan and Asher Lee Horne; a special aunt Sherry Clevenger, many cousins, other caring relatives, co-workers and friends. Also her two beautiful Sheltie fur babies Muffin and Smokie. Cindi was preceded in death by her father Lee Page on August 31, 2018.

Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in Selmore Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, July 15, 2019 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to honor Cindi may be made to Selmore Cemetery.     I have no words for you Dixie that can take your pain away, but know that I’m praying for comfort in the coming days and weeks. Memories of our childhood and good times have run through my head all day. Cindi was one of a kind and I can’t imagine how you already miss her.
