Debra (Deb) Lynn Woodley, age 71, of Forsyth, Missouri passed away on November 13, 2024, in her home. She was born on June 28, 1953, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to her parents Carroll Dean and Ethel Eileen (Woods) McIntosh. Deb was married to Russell Dale Woodley for 10 years, and they had a child named Misty Lee Woodley.
Deb worked different jobs throughout her life and resided in various locations also. Deb lived in Johnston, Iowa growing up in her younger years. She loved the farm life in Lineville, Iowa. But her final residency was in Forsyth, Missouri. Deb was very grateful to have loving parents to provide and care for her. Deb’s most important and dedicated job was to give care and love to her father and mother in their elderly years. She took on this job for many years and was very dedicated to loving and giving care to them both. Deb enjoyed time with her family and extended family members. She thought of her cousins more like brothers and sisters.
Deb is survived by her brother Jamie Clayton McIntosh and wife Ronda; daughter Misty Lee Phillips-Woodley and wife Nicol, granddaughter Kiersten Anderson, and great-granddaughter Nadia. She had many beloved cousins, aunts and uncles. Deb was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will be holding a Celebration of Life on Saturday December 7, 2024, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Deb’s home in Forsyth, 1651 State Highway Y, Forsyth. The family would love you to bring a dish you think Deb would have enjoyed.
