Dixie Page October 26, 1935 - December 18, 2021

Dixie Dean Page, age 86 of Ozark, Missouri passed away peacefully, Saturday, December 18, 2021, in her home. She was born October 26, 1935 the daughter of Helen (Bilyeu) Wolfe and Ernie Wolfe. Dixie met the love of her life, Oliver Lee Page on the Ozark Square and on December 15, 1955, Dixie and Lee were united in marriage. After 63 years of marriage, Lee preceded Dixie in death August 30, 2018. This union was blessed with one daughter, Cynthia Lee Page Carey, who preceded her parents in death July 13, 2019. Dixie will be laid to rest next to her husband and beloved daughter, she will be sadly missed but will live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

In 1953, Dixie graduated from Ozark High School and later worked as a secretary. She enjoyed other various jobs around Ozark before becoming a florist at Hazels Floral Shop. She was also employed at Fasco Industries and often worked two jobs. Dixie was a longtime Christian County resident, devoted wife, loving mother and sweet grandmother. Her entire life was a testament to the Lord. She accepted Christ as her savior and was baptized at an early age while attending Victory Baptist Church. Dixie presently enjoyed attending Selmore Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member.

Dixie is survived by two granddaughters April Ryan and husband Clint, Amber Horne and husband John; three great-grandsons Hunter Ryan, Wyatt Ryan and Asher Lee Horne; a loving sister Sherry Clevenger; several nieces and nephews, other caring relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and daughter, Dixie was also preceded in death by her parents, a half- brother Bob Brumley, sister-in law Joyce Brumley and brother-in-law R.C. Clevenger.

Graveside funeral services will 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Selmore Cemetery with Pastor Josh Hall officiating. Visitation will be held 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, Missouri. Online condolences may be shared at www.barnesfamilyfunerals.com
