March 7, 2016 at 6:00 pmDear Connie and Sharon,
I’m sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. In reading about your mother’s life I was very impressed with her love of God. My purpose in writing this note to you is to kindly reminded you of the resurrection hope that God gives. Our resurrection hope is guaranteed by Jesus own resurrection. Acts 17:31. Also you my recall Jesus words to the repentant evil doer. Luke 23:43 ” Truely I tell you today, that you will be with me in paradise.” It iss also comforting to know Jesus and his Father are sadden from the pain and our loss that death brings us. John 11:35, 1 Corinthians 15:26.
Hope these scriptures bring you some comfort, for more comforting thoughts look at http://www.jw.org under bible teaching under bible questions answered.
Sincerely,
Becky H.
