Genevieve “Jan” Littell, age 100 of Springfield, Missouri passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020 in Birch Pointe Health and Rehabilitation, Springfield, Missouri . Honoring “Jan’s” wishes no services are planned and her body will be cremated.
