Gloria was born in Phoenix, Arizona the daughter of Charles Joseph and Sylvia Eleanora (Small) Garcia. Gloria will be laid to rest with her late husband Thomas Allen Smith. Graveside funeral services for Gloria will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 10, 2021 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
