Linda Wilson April 23, 1949 - November 23, 2021

Linda J. (Jackson) Wilson, age 72 of Highlandville, Missouri passed away early Tuesday morning, November 23, 2021 in her home and surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 23, 1949 in Ozark, Missouri the daughter of Bill and Della Mae (Glossip) Jackson. On November 1, 1969, Linda was united in marriage to John Wilson and this marriage was blessed with three sons.

Linda graduated from Spokane High School in 1969. After marrying John at the young age of 20, her life revolved around her family and church. She was a faithful Christian who dedicated her life to Christ and was saved at a very young age. Linda was an active member of Ponce Baptist Church where she enjoyed serving with Vacation Bible School and singing. Linda was employed many years in the garment factory, Mercy Hospital and enjoyed being a devoted housewife. Her hobbies included loving her grandchildren, planning family dinners and large gatherings.

In addition to her husband John, Linda is survived by her sons John Wilson, Scott Wilson and wife Kendra and Chad Wilson; four beautiful grandchildren Adrianna, Michael, Dakota and Nicholas Wilson; one precious great-grandson Jaxon Wilson, four brothers and one sister; several nieces, nephews and other caring relatives. Linda was preceded in death by her parents. Linda will be sadly missed but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of her loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 26, 2021 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, Missouri. Burial will follow in Ponce Cemetery, Ponce de Leon, Missouri. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral and will begin at 10:00 A.M.
