Logan Harrell October 1, 2003 - November 17, 2022

Logan Wyatt Harrell, 19, left this earth on November 17, 2022. He was the third and youngest child and only son of Vickie Fair and Nathan Harrell.

Logan had such a passion for football and dreamed of playing in the NFL. Though he suffered a debilitating knee injury in his junior year of high school, he fought and overcame that injury to get back to the sport he loved and finished out his football career. Everyone that knew Logan loved him. His smile was infectious and flowed all the way to his beautiful blue eyes. He never knew a stranger and was always quick to befriend others. He was protective, loyal, caring, empathetic, and so very loving. His football teammates were more than just teammates – they were his brothers. His friends were more than just friends – they were his family. His family was everything to him and he was the “protector” and the “man of

the house”. The loss of this most beautiful, precious soul will affect so many; most of all his loving family. The void left in the hearts of those who love him will never be filled. His family takes pride in knowing how good-hearted and helpful he was to all he knew.

Logan was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Sarah Lorell Magee, his paternal great-grandmother, Ruby Harrell and his paternal aunt, Amy Harrell Cuti. He is survived by his parents, Vickie Fair and Nathan Harrell, his sisters  Amber Harrell Holloway and Melanie Harrell and his brother-in-law James Holloway, maternal grandparents Michael and Sarah Thomas and Louis and Linda Harrell.

Funeral services for Logan will be 3:00 P.M. Monday, November 21, 2022 in Revival Temple Church, Walker, Louisiana. Visitation will be 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Monday in the church. Online condolences may be shared at www.barnesfamilyfunerals.com.
