Mary Ann Caylor Carter Hermann, age 62 of Ozark, Missouri passed away, Thursday, July 14, 2022, in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. She was born May 17, 1960 the daughter of Janet Mock and Lloyd Caylor. Mary was a sister to Paul, Robert, and John Caylor. Mary was beyond blessed with a daughter Melissa Katz. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Franz Hermann and brother John Caylor.
Mary was born and raised in Albia, Iowa where she completed schooling. In 1992, Mary moved to Missouri where she worked in sales, factories and restaurants. She was given the gift of motherhood in 1999 to a beautiful baby girl Melissa, her most prized possession. She was saved at Shady Grove Church in Sparta, Missouri during the July 4th celebration of 2020. Mary had a heart pure as gold and a smile bright as the stars. A very driven and strong women. She was always kind and always a friend when you needed one. Loved by many family members and friends, she also cared heavily for her fur companion, Mocha. She will be dearly missed, gone but never forgotten.
Mary is survived by her daughter Melissa Katz; two brothers Paul Caylor and wife Violet and Robert Caylor; niece Lacy Caylor; nephew Zachary; nieces Hannah and Krystal Caylor; grandson Mason Turner.
Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Shady Grove Church, Sparta, Missouri. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, Missouri.
