Feel blessed to have had such a special uncle. Steve has been reminiscing about the fun they had on the golf course and other memories of your visits back to Iowa. Can’t help. But smile when I think of that great family reunion that is happening in heaven!

Aunt Jackie, your family, I want you to know how saddened we were to hear of Uncle Philip’s passing.

What a great man from a great family. As each Archer has departed, I always hear the laughter and cackling of the voices in heaven as they who went first greet the newest one to join them.

They are all together now, wow.

With a little bit of luck, you will see me Monday at the service. May God bless Uncle Philip and your family.

Jackie and Family, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your beloved Phil. I had the honor of working with him in the kitchen at the Emmaus Walk when my husband was Lay Director. I was amazed by his energy, his cooking expertise, and above all his compassion for people and the Lord. Our team was awesome–the best I’ve ever worked with. I will always have fond memories of working with Phil and getting to know him. DeColores, Carol Stallings

Jackie, we will always remember Phil at The Walk to Emmaus weekends. You could always count on seeing Phil working on the Kitchen Team or doing whatever was asked of him. He always had a BIG SMILE and never heard him say one bad thing about anyone. When I first met Phil, it was like I had known him for years.
Phil not only proudly served his country, but more importantly he served his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ daily. He will be truly missed.
