Richard Dwayne “Butch” Fulton, age 62, Sparta, Missouri, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, surrounded by his family. Butch was born on Tuesday, June 16, 1953 at Ozark, Missouri, the son of Fred and Ruby (Sherrow) Fulton. On September 20, 1974, he was united in marriage to Rosemary Gwenda Davis and this union was blessed with one son. Butch worked various construction jobs during his life. Butch loved his family and enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s ball games. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and team roping at rodeos. Most of all, his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and grandkids and making memories that will last their lifetime. He was preceded by his parents, brother Jamie Fulton and sister Janice Young. Butch is survived by his wife Rosemary; son Ryan Dale Fulton and his wife Angel; grandchildren, Aysha, Mya and Rhett; one brother Ronald Fulton. Funeral services for Butch will be 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 14, 2016 with Pastor Larry Winfree officiating in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Awana Children’s Fund in care of Shady Grove Baptist Church, Sparta, Missouri 65753.
