Robert “Bob” Zygadlo April 25, 1939 - January 25, 2011

Robert B. Zygadlo, 71, passed away suddenly Tuesday, January 25, 2011, in St John’s Hospital, Springfield. Bob was born April 25, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Benedict and Catherine ( Jacobs ) Zygadlo. On July 2, 1960 he was united in marriage to Carol Greenwald. Bob was very proud that they enjoyed 50 years of marriage. Bob was a sales manager for a manufacturing firm in Chicago before retiring and moving to Ozark in 2003. From early childhood Bob had a passion for collecting. He relished finding unique marbles, watches, birdhouses, teddy bears and cookie jars. He loved to watch and feed birds in his back yard as well as playing with the family dogs. Bob is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Carol; two daughters, Barbara Ann and Cathryn Margaret Zygadlo, and many friends. A celebration of Bob’s life will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 28, 2011 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Cox Hospital Diabetes Education C/O Cox Health Foundation, 3525 National, Springfield MO 65807.
