Rodney D. Jacobs, age 69, of Ozark, Missouri passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. Rodney was born Friday, July 29, 1955, the son of Ray Smith and Lucy E. (Conway) Jacobs.
Rodney is survived by his loving wife Vicki; his son Ross D. Jacobs and daughter Lori Jacobs; four grandchildren Bryce D. Jacobs, Darian Miller, Dani Talley and Gabrielle (Gabby) Jacobs; one great-grandson Greysen Jacobs; brothers Don Summers, Charles Jacobs and Dennis Jacobs; nieces Angel Summers and Mandy Eye; nephews Ryan Summers, Jeff Summers, Scott Summers, Christopher Jacobs, Dexter Jacobs and David Jacobs, other caring relatives and friends.
Rodney is preceded in death by his daughter Amy Jacobs; his parents; sister Janet Montgomery; brothers William Summers and Doyle Jacobs.
Even though Rodney is with the Angels in Heaven now, he would want us to celebrate his life because it was full and happy. He would want us to remember the Happy Times we had with him and live our lives to the fullest as well. Rest in peace Rodney.
Funeral services for Rodney will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 20, 2025, in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark with Pastor Victor Duckworth officiating. Burial will follow at Manley Cemetery.
