William Raymond Layne June 16, 1956 - January 25, 2022

William “Bill” Raymond Layne, age 65 of Ozark, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2022. He was born on June 16, 1956 in Franklin, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Los Alamitos California. Bill is survived by his two daughters Susan Ezekiel (Brad) and Tammy Baird (Danny) of Alabama. His mother, Charlotte Smith of Missouri, one brother, Stephen Smith (Linnea) and sister, Cindy Rinehart of California. His two granddaughters, Abby Webb & Kylie Webb and one grandson, Hunter Webb of Alabama. His cousins, Bobby Godwin (Lisa) of Texas and Tonya Giggy of California. His aunts, Cheryl Giles (Mark) of Missouri, Sandy Hunter (Ken) of California and Uncle Thomas (Linda) of Arizona. Bill is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Layne and his beloved Step-Father Leroy Smith. Bill was a great man, son, father, brother, cousin and friend. He will be missed by all who loved him. Memorial Service 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Selmore Baptist Church, Ozark, Missouri.
