Alton Bradley, age 92 of Ozark, passed away Friday, March 8 ,2013 in Ozark Nursing and Care Center where he had been a resident for about six years. He was born July 15,1920 at Formosia, Arkansas the son of Lonnie and Callie (Hamlin) Bradley. On May 31, 1942 he was united in marriage to Dorothy Helen Homand and together they celebrated 50 years of marriage. Al is survived by his two daughters Linda Burns and husband Darrell of Springfield, Donna Parsley and husband Ken of Las Vegas, two grandchildren Jeff Burns and wife Julie of Tomball, TX and Rick Parsley and wife Conda of Las Vegas; his sister Jewell Adair; two great-granddaughters Heather Burns and Darla Parsley, other caring relatives and friends. Al was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy in 1992, his parents, six brothers and three sisters. Graveside funeral services for Al will be 2:00 pm Monday, March 11, 2013 in Springfield National Cemetery, 1702 East Seminole, Springfield, MO. Al proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army and will be honored with full military honors. He will then be laid to rest with his wife, Dorothy.
