Beverly Smith, age 73 of Ozark, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 in North Park Village Assisted Living. She was born August 4, 1939 in Douglas County, the daughter of Ray and Emma Hazel (Garrison) Denney. On August 30, 1957 she was united in marriage to Shelby Harold Smith. Beverly is survived by six daughters, Pipera M. Estep, Faith Cunningham and husband Jim, Susan Teaford, Shelby Robison and husband Brad, Meda Lilly, Jona Hull and husband Troy; a brother John Denney; a sister Barbara Fetterhoff; eighteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, other caring relatives and many friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband; her parents and her grandchild Tonya Stutesmun. Beverly’s family wishes to thank Amy, Lisa and the staff at North Park Village and Kathy and Jill from HPC Hospice for their skilled and loving care.
Funeral services for Beverly were held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark with Pastor Alan Maggard officiating. Burial followed in Highlandville Cemetery.
