I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. I worked with Chuck in Boulder Colorado in the Property Management industry. He was my go to person for maintenance and was always ready to come and help when I called, no matter what the time or how nasty the project was. Even after he moved to Missouri I would call him with questions since he was so knowledgeable about the properties I managed. I loved seeing his daily posts on Facebook, they always brightened my day! RIP Chuck
