Lola M. Bumgarner, age 86 of Ozark, Missouri passed away Friday, December 14, 2018. She was born Monday, July 4, 1932 in Hurley, Missouri the daughter of Colon and Lucy (Odell) Maples. On June 17, 1978 she was united in marriage to Johnny Bumgarner and together they have shared 40 years of marriage.
Lola was a first class lady, dependable friend and very considerate of others. Her sense of humor was witty and her smile could light up a room. Lola was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be dearly missed by her loving family and husband, Johnny. Lola was also a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Ozark where she enjoyed worship and church fellowship with her many friends.
In addition to her husband, Lola is survived by two daughters Terry Burghardt and Su Brown; a granddaughter Sherri Lynn Stokes; two great-grandchildren Morgan and Samanthan Duncan. Lola was preceded in death by her parents and a son, William Willbanks.
Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark. Graveside funeral services will follow at 2:45 P.M. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield. On line condolences may be shared at www.barnesfamilyfunerals.com
