When I was a little girl, I always heard wild talk about Juicy Coffer. So I imaged Juicy as a woman. For years and years, I figured Juicy was one of a kind. Well, later I learned Juicy was a man. Then it all started making sense! Juicy Coffer is a legend and one of a kind!

I remember seeing “Juicy” at he horse sale. He would come in the kitchen and talk with mom and I. He could only eat certain things so I would save him a chicken salad sandwich. He wanted 11 wifes and open a cafe in Sparta is what he would say all the time.

Some of my fondest memories of growing up in the horse business were with Juice. He taught me a lot and was always like a father to me and I will miss him very much. Prayers to Jeff and his family in this time of sorrow.
